These terms apply when you buy from the Conclave shop. They're written in plain language, and they never take away the rights you have as a consumer under EU and Italian law (the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
1. Who you're buying from

Conclave is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. Riftbound and League of Legends are trademarks of their respective owners.
2. Who can buy
The shop is for consumers aged 18 or over, buying for personal use. We only ship to addresses in Italy.
3. The products
We sell Riftbound single cards and sealed product. All products are authentic, and we only list what we have in stock — there are no pre-orders.
- Single cards are sold in Near Mint condition: they look unplayed, with at most tiny imperfections visible on close inspection.
- Each card's product page states its language (English, French or Chinese) and whether it is foil or non-foil.
- Sealed product is sold factory-sealed.
Product images are the official card images, not photos of the exact copy you'll receive. Foil effects and small print variations can look different in hand.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros and include Italian VAT (22%). Shipping costs depend on the weight of your parcel and are shown at checkout, before you pay. The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order.
5. How an order works
- You add items to your cart and go to checkout, a secure page run by our shop platform, Shopify.
- At checkout you review the order, the total price and the shipping cost, then confirm and pay.
- The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email.
- If an item turns out to be unavailable, or was listed at an obvious pricing error, we'll tell you and refund that item in full. You won't be charged for anything we can't deliver.
6. Payment
You pay at checkout with the methods shown there — currently PayPal. Your payment is processed by PayPal; we never see your card or bank details. Your payment is taken when you place the order.
7. Delivery
We ship with Poste Italiane, always tracked. We dispatch orders within [e.g. 2 working days]of payment, and you'll get an email with the tracking number when your parcel ships. Delivery times after dispatch depend on Poste Italiane. We don't offer collection in person.
The goods are our responsibility until they reach you. If a parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please email us with photos as soon as you can, so we can sort it out with the carrier.
8. Your right to cancel (withdrawal)
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. If an order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start from the last one.
How to cancel
Send us a clear statement by email to [CONTACT EMAIL]before the 14 days are up. You can use the model form at the end of these terms, but you don't have to.
Sending the goods back
Send the goods back to the address in section 1 within 14 days of telling us you're cancelling. You pay the cost of returning them.Please pack single cards so they can't bend, for example in a sleeve and toploader.
Your refund
We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping cost of the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We use the same payment method you used, at no cost to you. We may wait until we receive the goods back, or proof that you've sent them.
Opened or worn goods
You can inspect what you bought as you would in a shop. If the goods lose value because you handled them more than that, we can deduct the lost value from your refund. For example: a card that comes back in a worse condition, or sealed product that has been opened. An opened booster pack or box can't be resold as sealed, so the deduction for it can be up to its full price.
9. Legal guarantee (faulty or wrong items)
The law protects you if what you receive doesn't match its description: for example a card in worse condition than stated, the wrong card, or an item that isn't authentic.
- We're responsible for any such defect that appears within 2 years of delivery.
- For second-hand single cards, this period is 1 year from delivery, as the law allows for used goods.
- Tell us within 2 months of noticing the problem.
- We'll replace the item at no cost to you. If that isn't possible (for example the card is out of stock), you can choose a partial or full refund.
This guarantee is free and can't be excluded. It's separate from, and in addition to, your right to cancel.
10. Our responsibility
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or natural disasters. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility where the law doesn't allow it to be limited, or affects your rights as a consumer.

12. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, email us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. We'll reply within 14 days and do our best to fix it.
These terms are governed by Italian law. If you live in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the consumer laws of your country that can't be waived. If a dispute goes to court, you can bring it in the courts of the place where you live, and we can only bring a claim against you there.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
